1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Management

When you create an account at gt9, you take on full responsibility for all activities conducted under that account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing management.

• Your account login credentials — username and password — must be kept strictly confidential. gt9 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You are responsible for any unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials. Notify gt9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Players must promptly update their account information if any details change, including contact information and preferred payment methods. Outdated information can delay withdrawals.
• gt9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these Terms, including accounts involved in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or underage gambling.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

gt9 supports a range of trusted payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure channels. The following rules govern financial activity on the platform.

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major debit/credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

• Money laundering, including depositing illegally obtained funds or using the platform to disguise the origins of illicit financial assets.
• Collusion or match-fixing in sports betting markets, including sharing privileged information to manipulate odds or outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on gt9, including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and source code, is the exclusive intellectual property of gt9 or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any part of the gt9 platform without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

gt9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
